Christmas is my favorite holiday to decorate for. Even though I started on November 1st, I didn’t share as much as I had hoped to. My goal for 2021 is to share more regularly to my blog. Have you thought about changes you would like to make in the new year yet?
I couldn’t let our 2021 Christmas decorations go undocumented, so I am sharing them all now as a farmhouse Christmas home tour!
Christmas Dining room
This room is simple, yet cozy. I like having a small tree in the window of our dining room for others to see as they drive by. This year I put it in an urn planter I scored on facebook marketplace. I shared how I used an urn as a tree holder on Instagram.

Entryway
This entryway is a work in progress. I recently created this little bench area, which has made this space much more functional. It was inspired by the antique oil painting of a pasture and cows. I found it at an estate sale and had to have it. The hooks were a DIY using architectural salvage from a farmhouse. Next up, I need to paint the door and possibly add a larger rug. I’ll share more of this space and updates in 2022!
Farmhouse Christmas Kitchen
Every year I look forward to getting my vintage Santa mug collection out. This was the first year I had this vintage hutch to display them in. They look so nice among my ironstone collection. I incorporated my new Santa mugs into my cocoa bar. Every winter I make a cocoa bar (you can see one of my previous ones HERE). It’s always nice for guests to be able to make their own special cup of cocoa when they visit.
Cozy Christmas Living room
We spend most of our time in the living room in the winter, so I wanted this room to be extra cozy. I used a lot of greenery, various white textures, and gold accents to create this look. The string lights hanging from the exposed beams gives this room all the cozy feels. Our new washable rug from Well Woven adds warms and grounds the space. You can use code 15DIANA any time to save 15% off your order of $75+ at Well Woven. I have their rugs throughout our home and can’t recommend them enough!
Classic Christmas Nursery
I had so much fun decorating Kaden’s room for Christmas. There are so many adorable details that I couldn’t share them all in this post. I will be dedicating a whole post to his nursery decorated for Christmas. Until then, here is a snapshot of his room. So cute, right?
